How to get my tax receipt?

France

If you have donated to a charity in France the tax receipt will be issued online right after your donation. Alvarum will send you a link to download the tax receipt per email right after your donation.

How to download your tax receipt?

Directly after your donation you will receive a confirmation email from Alvarum. In this email you will find the link to download your tax receipt. Click the link and follow the instructions in order to download your tax receipt.

Please note: Please check your spam or promotion folders if you did not receive any email after your donation.

How to find older tax receipts?

All previous tax receipts you have downloaded will bel stored in you Alvarum account. Login in with your email and password and go to the My tax receipts tab on your dashboard. Alternatively you can also click the link in the confirmation mail.

I cannot find my tax rexeipt

Contact us in case you cannot find the confirmation mail with the download link for your tax receipt (see above). We will help you to get your tax receipt.

Belgium

If you have donated to a charity in Belgium it depends on the charity wheither a tax receipt can be issued for online donations or not. Contact the charity to learn more.

Please note: You need to check the box labeled "I want a tax receipt" and to leave your current adress when you make a donation. Otherwise the charity might not be able to issue a tax receipt later.

Luxembourg

If you have donated to a charity in Luxembourg the charity will issue tax receipt at the beginning of the following year. If you do not receive a tax receipt you should contact the charity.

Please note: You need to check the box labeled "I want a tax receipt" and to leave your current adress when you make a donation. Otherwise the charity might not be able to issue a tax receipt later.

German

If you have donated to a charity in Germany the charity will issue a tax receipt at the beginning of the following year. If you do not receive a tax receipt you should contact the charity.

Netherlands

No tax receipts are issued for a donation to a charity in the Netherlands.
