How to find my tax receipt ?
You can download the tax receipts you already attached to your account anytime from the tab "My tax receipts" of your Alvarum account.
I don't find my tax receipt in the list
If your tax receipt do not appear in the list of your Alvarum account, it might not be attached to your account yet. Please follow these steps:
- Click on the link provided in the confirmation email you received after your donation (or copy/paste it in your browser's address bar)
- Enter the email corresponding to your Alvarum account and your password
Your tax receipt will then be added to your account and available anytime in the tab "My tax receipts".
I lost the confirmation email
If you cannot find the confirmation email received after your donation, please contact us using the email corresponding to your Alvarum account.
