There are two ways to join a group as a fundraiser:
As fundraiser you can join a group page directly from your Alvarum page. Log in into your account, select the relevant page and go to the "My group" section in the edit tab of the page. Here you will click on the link "Join a group". Search the group and click on "Join" to add your Alvarum page to this group page.
Please note: You can only join a group page for the same charity and event as your Alvarum page. Contact our support if your Alvarum page is connected with the wrong event.
If you are already on the group page you just need to click on "Join Group" and log in afterwards in order to fundraise in this group. If you don't have an Alvarum page you need to follow the process to create your own page. Every person who wants to join a group needs to create an Alvarum page and fundraise the same charity and event as the group.
Please note: You can only be member in one group with your Alvarum page. Your Alvarum page will automatically leave any other group when you join a new group.
